The Latest Thermal Printhead Technology
The Eureka printing system utilizes the latest HP TIJ4.0-HD printhead. This printhead is characterized by a high number of nozzles, delivering high resolution (1,200 dpi per slot) with nozzle redundancy. In addition, it features HP’s patented micro-recirculation technology, ensuring long nozzle open times and extended cleaning intervals.
The Eureka printing system is suitable for a wide range of applications. Depending on the required print resolution for the application, printing speeds of up to 180 meters per minute are achievable.
Scalability
Depending on the application requirements, the print width of the Eureka print module can be configured with one or more printheads to achieve the optimal print width. Each printhead has two slots, allowing two-color printing with a single printhead, or full-color (CMYK) printing with just two printheads.

Ink System
The Eureka system is equipped with a standard cartridge-based ink supply that supports one or two 775 ml cartridges per color. In the dual-cartridge configuration, the system automatically switches to the full cartridge when the first is empty, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted operation.

IDS-1CR
This version comes with two 775 ml cartridges of the same color. When one cartridge runs out, the system automatically switches to the second cartridge, allowing for seamless replacement without interrupting production. For full color (CMYK) printing four units are required.
IDS-2C
Tailored for the compact full-color Eureka systems, this version includes two 775 ml cartridges of different colors. This setup requires only two units to support CMYK printing, making the system even more cost-effective.
